Mandy Kinn
If you are daring to go all out and looking for a “triple-threat” or simply the best of the best, Mandy is your stylist. Licensed in 1999, she is technically solid in cutting, coloring, and styling through continuous training. As a successful stylist and salon owner, Mandy believes that solid foundational skills are essential to personal growth and it is through education and experience that she is able to share these skills with others. Mandy is the owner of Spectrum Salon and has worked as an international platform artist for various color, product and tool manufacturers. She is also a double certified clinical Trichologist from USTI & AMCA specializing in hair and scalp health as well as hair loss utilizing a holistic, multi-therapeutic approach to achieve optimum results.

Marissa Ledezma
Marissa has been a licensed nail technician for 11 years, specializing in acrylic nails, gel services, and relaxing pedicures. Her goal is to provide every client with beautiful, and high-quality results. She loves to make her space feel welcoming and comfortable where you can unwind and feel your best! When she's not behind the table she enjoys spending time with her two amazing kids, and watching them in sports!

Becky Avila
Becky is a seasoned administrative assistant who has not only worked
with our salon guests but has had extensive work in the medical field
working with the public. She has vast experience with all administrative
tasks, including scheduling, correspondence and bridal planning. Becky interacts directly with potential and existing guests and holds a vital position at Spectrum Salon.
Audrey Hummel
Audrey has been doing hair and makeup since 2016. She graduated from Cory-Rawson Highschool and obtained her cosmetology license from Millstream Career Center. She comes from a very big family and she's a proud aunt! She spends her free time with family and friends and loves to cook. Her favorite color is black and hot pink!

Cassie Weyer
Cassie has been in the industry since 2006. She is a certified Rezo stylist, as well as an extension and sugaring practitioner. her passion is making hair look beautiful and natural. In her free time, Cassie enjoys spending time at home with her family. Between her two children, and dog she is always busy with something. Cassie enjoys being outside and often wonders why she is still in Ohio, and not lying on a beach somewhere.
Hannah Hohenbrink
Hannah started her career in 2025. She has an absolute passion for nails. As she masters the art of nail design for her guests, she is also in the process of finishing her schooling to obtain her Esthetician license. She is excited to bring her talents to everyone that she has the
honor of working on! Hannah loves to hike and be outdoors.
Amber Hall
Amber is an advanced stylist and certified in body sugaring. She is a proud graduate and resident of Bluffton, Ohio. She has been in the beauty industry since 2005. She would love to have you in her chair!

Shaylin McConnahea
Shaylin, or some may call her Shay, has been a hair and makeup artist since 2016. She graduated from the Millstream Career Center & Cory Rawson High School. Her favorite thing about being a stylist is helping to transform her clients hair and makeup, while building a connection with them as well! She loves keeping up on new trends and enjoys trying new techniques. Blonding services are her favorite but she also loves lived-in color transformations. She would love to see YOU in her chair!
