Mandy Kinn
If you are daring to go all out to be a “triple-threat” or simply the best of the best, Mandy is your stylist. She is technically solid in cutting, coloring, and styling through continuous training and 25 years behind the chair. As a successful stylist and salon owner, Mandy believes that solid foundational skills are essential to personal growth and it is through education and experience that she is able to share these skills with others. Mandy is the owner of Spectrum Salon and has worked as an international platform artist for various color, product and tool manufacturers. She recently has become a USTI-AMCA Certified Associate Trichologist.
Cassie Weyer
Cassie has been in the beauty industry for 18 years. She graduated from Bluffton High School, then went on to graduate from The Ohio State Beauty Academy. Cassie is married and has two beautiful children. She enjoys being outside and spending time with family and friends.
Katie Dye
Katie has been in the industry for over 17 years. She has passion and drive to learn and continue to excel. She graduated from Columbus Grove and Apollo. She has a handsome son, loves nature and traveling. She greatly enjoys being a part of new and exciting experiences in life.
Audrey Hummel
Audrey has been doing hair for 8 years. She graduated from Cory-Rawson High School and earned her license from Millstream Career Center. She is the youngest of 5 in her family. Her favorite color is purple.
Becky Avila
Becky Avila is a seasoned administrative assistant who has not only worked with our salon guests but has had extensive work in the medical field working with the public. She has vast experience with all administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence and bridal planning. Becky interacts directly with potential and existing guests and holds a vital position at Spectrum Salon.
Amber Hall
I graduated from BHS and the Ohio State Beauty Academy, receiving my license in 2006. I’ve been a stylist for the past 18 years at various salons. I enjoy learning and pursue many continuing education opportunities. I continue to explore new trends in cut and color for clients who have a sense of adventure and also understand those who like to maintain more traditional styles.
I strive to be a master of my craft and have enjoyed helping my clients be their best self. One of the most rewarding feelings is seeing a someone walk out of the salon with a fresh new style or a refreshed look! That’s why I love my career.
Juliana Morrisey
I graduated from the Ohio State Beauty academy in 2022 for Advanced Cosmetology. I love everything to do with beauty and relaxation. What inspires me most about my job is giving people confidence and a smile! I love to use my creativity and passion for art in everything I do. I will continue to educate myself so I can always make my guests feel the best they can be!
Shaylin McConnahea
Hi I’m Shaylin, or Shay, and I’ve been a Hair & Makeup artist for over 8 years! I’m a 2016 Graduate from Millstream Career Center & Cory Rawson High School. My favorite thing about being a stylist is helping transform my clients hair and building a connection with them. I love keeping up on new trends and trying new techniques out! Blonding services are my favorite but I also love a lived-in color transformation. I would love to see you in my chair soon!
